FAQ'S
Q: What does Becker mean and why are these vehicles so special? To put in bluntly, these are units are built for kings and queens at an executive level. They are the Rolls Royce's of the livery world. These vehicles are worth 5 times as much as standard unit you see on the road. Please visit the Becker website for a complete understanding of the craftsmanship and engineering involved in one of these vehicles.
Q. How long do I have to wait for a unit? 2-12 weeks, depending on whether or not you want a spec unit or a custom unit.
Q: How much do I need to put down as a security deposit? You have to put down the full amount of your contract.
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind? No. We do not do any sort of refund on a Becker unit once you have signed and paid for it. Once you have made your deposit, we issue a requesition for your unit. This will not be cancelled once it has been ordered or signed for.
Q: What do I get for my money? You get 16 hours of access to your unit, 6 days a week. One day a week is designated as a Detailed Cleaning and Service day for your unit. You get 160,000 km per year of use. It is not rented to anyone else. You have sole exclusive access to you unit. We must recieve prior consent from you to dispatch it out to anyone other than you on your approved list. Driver's work a 8hr split shift.
Q: How many driver's will be driving my unit? You will have 2 majority driver's for the week and 2 minority driver's for the weekends.
Q: Can I take this vehicle out of town? Absolutely. You are responsible however for lodging and food for your drivers until the unit is back in town.
Q: Are there any additonal costs associated with going out of town? You are allotted 160'000km with your unit per year. You can take it with you anywhere you want.
Q: What are the extra daily service costs your referring to? We are referring to parking fee's, toll road fee's, etc. In the event that we need to park somewhere where it is restricted, possibly resulting in a parking ticket, if this is authorized by you, we may park in such a place as to provide service to you.
