As a standard standing policy, all Sedan cancellations require a two (2) hour notification prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
1.) Any cancellations that have not been made two hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to you being billed out in full. 2.) No-Shows will be billed at full rate.
Exceptions may be made when your airline has cancelled your flight at the last minute.
Any and all changes made to your itinerary must be communicated to CorpXS Inc. or your designated driver as soon as possible (i.e. missed flights, earlier flight via stand-by, changed flight, etc.)
