Dispatched Service Provider's Term's and Conditions:
As the dispatched provider of transportation service to the above mentioned party, you the transportation service provider accept and understand that all liability does rest solely on you. CorpXS Inc accepts no responsibility or liability once a reservation for livery services has been dispatched to you.
It is your responsibility to verify all details of a reservation once it has been dispatched to you. You have must contact your party no later than 24hrs prior to your trip commencing. If your trip was dispatched out to you with less than 24 hours notice. Please contact them as soon as possible. You or your driver must also contact the primary passenger no less than 30 min prior to your scheduled p/up time. We here at CorpXS Inc strongly recommend that you verify that any credit card provided is in fact a valid card and is not being used fraudulently. It is also your responsibility that you ensure that the customer mentioned above is not in violation of the "Terms & Conditions" set forth and published on our online booking page at http://www.corpexservices.com/PDABooking.Page.html.
It is also reminded to you the service provider that you ensure that yourself, your drivers or any one else you may dispatch to, is to not solicit any of our customers with your card or any of your contact information. Regardless of how innocent that act may be, you face being black listed in the industry as untrustworthy and will no longer receive dispatch's from us here at CorpXS Inc. We work very hard and spend a lot of money on trying to keep you busy and putting money in your pockets. Do not abuse this relationship.

Primary Rentor's Terms & Conditions:
This reservation agreement is binding between you the renter and CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries, and the designated driver/owner operator of your dispatched unit. CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries, and the designated driver/owner operator of your dispatched unit reserves all right and discretion to terminate any trip or transfer or booking under the following conditions:
1.) Passengers are unruly, disrespectful to the driver, damaging equipment, committing unlawful acts, endangering the driver or other passengers. Committing acts that are hurtful and/or damaging to the reputation of CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries or the designated driver.
2.) Poor driving conditions under any circumstances hampering the safe operation of the designated unit dispatched.
3.) Due to unforeseen mechanical breakdown. We will endeavor to allocate other transportation for you as soon as possible. We are a large network and in the event of unforeseen mechanical breakdown, we are very competent in allocating immediate transportation at no additional cost to you the Renter.
4.) In the event of unforeseen mechanical breakdown, we do not assume any liability for any damages whether it be punitive, financial, emotional, psychological, physical or mental distress.
Any deviations from the original reservation must be okay'd by CorpXS Inc, it's subsidiaries, and your designated driver. We do not guarantee we can accommodate changes once a reservation has been made.
5.) If you the Renter deviates from the reservation, CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries and/or your designated driver, reserve's the right to charge your credit card on file for the extra time or changes as we see fit to do so, without your prior consent or signature. You accept our judgment as fair and waive all right to challenge or dispute any and all charges with the credit card company that is specified on the credit card your have provided.
We at CorpXS Inc, our subsidiaries and drivers are in our opinion, a very fair and commonly generous in unforeseen circumstances that are obviously beyond anybody's control or by a random act of God. However we are in business to make money. Please understand that when we make a decision, it has been thought over many times before.
6.) Drivers retain the right and discretion to suspend a reservation, booking, transfer or trip to render assistance or medical first air, or emergency service to anybody in need. Especially any emergency medical service personnel or any and all emergency personnel of any nature.
7.) Drivers retain the right and discretion to suspend a reservation, booking, transfer or trip to render assistance to any and all law enforcement officers, agencies or peace officers in need.
8.) Drivers retain the right and discretion to suspend a reservation, booking, transfer or trip to render assistance and or protective service to anyone in need until the proper law enforcement agents arrive.
9a.) 1/2 hour incremental over-time charges will apply for any portion there-of and hence-forth on Sedan rentals.
9b.) full hour incremental over-time charges will apply for any portion there-of and hence-forth on 6 or more passenger limousines and limo buses, motorcoaches and shuttle buses.
With Sedan or 7psgr or less SUV's, 14 or less passenger Vans:
If the passenger is late coming out than the following charges may apply at the driver's discretion.
We apply a 1/2 hour charge on the 16th minute if a passenger does not come out to load on time, as well as on the 5th minute of every 1/2 hour increment and hence-forth.
We do not charge extra on sedan airport transfers if said transfer takes longer to complete due to poor road conditions due to weather, or delays due to accidents, delays due to construction, delays due to volume traffic.
We reserve the right to dispatch any vehicle(s) necessary to fulfill our obligation in the event your preferred unit is becomes unforeseeably unavailable at that time. We will not increase the rate if a larger or normally more expensive vehicle, or more than one vehicle is dispatched to meet our obligation.
Part 2
1. A valid credit card is required to rent any of our vehicles or to use any and services offered by our agency. Regardless if you are paying thru a gift certificate. This is used as security for damages or over-time charges, or any additional extra charges that may apply.
2. Said dispatched Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter or prior to charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. A credit card is mandatory when renting. You may pay with cash if you decide. Renter is responsible for:
A.) Any and all damages of any nature whether it be to CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries, the designated driver and unit by oneself or any members of your party or third parties directly or indirectly during your rental period.
Photo identification is required by the Card holder/Renter when being picked up.
3.) A Rental agreement must be signed upon arrival of the p/up location before commencement of the booking. Regardless if you are using a gift certificate or through a "contra" deal. You may preliminarily digitally sign for a reservation agreement via email. We will accept a email confirmation attached to the e-confirmation sent to the email address of the person renting. Or you must have the card holder email us permission to use their card. If you are using someone else's credit card fraudulently, however innocent the act may be, you will charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as well as sued in civil court by, CorpXS Inc, it's subsidiaries and the credit card company and its subsidiaries and any third party damaged as a result of your act of criminal fraud. The only person who is eligible to physically sign a rental agreement is someone who is putting their own credit card down as a security deposit in the event of damages.
Credit cards are mandatory when renting. You may pay with cash if you decide.
Renter is responsible for:
1.) all damages by oneself or any members of your party.
2.) All damages against the unit rented during your rental period.
Photo ID is required when being picked up by the Card holder/Renter. A Rental agreement must be signed upon arrival of the p/up location before commencement of the booking. The only person who is eligible to sign a rental agreement is someone who is putting their own credit card down as a security deposit in the event of damages, additional charges, and any and all costs incurrence by CorpXS Inc, its subsidiaries, and the designated driver/owner operator of your dispatched unit to fulfill our obligation outside of your reservation contract. If you leave an establishment where you have had a tab, such as a bar, nightclub, restaurant or other such similar venue, we will pay that tab out. We tip out to establishments a minimum of 11% on all bills, unless instructed by you prior to closing out the bill that you have incurred at that establishment. You must understand that we have a reputation to adhere to. Having customers run out on bills that we have brought to any establishment is damaging to our reputation.
Seating Capacities Regulations:
We can not legally load a vehicle past its legally registered seating capacity. Regardless if the unit has more seat belts than the registered seating capacity. Regardless if the vehicle was manufactured with enough room to put more. If you do load it past its registered seating capacity and we get fined, you the Renter will be financially responsible for this fine and any incurred costs.
It is also to be noted that if we have to dispatch a larger vehicle to fulfill our commitment to you, it does not mean that you can fill it with more passengers than the vehicle your had requested. If you do, you will be charged for the larger unit. There are no exceptions to this rule. If for example: if you are in a 12psgr SUV limo and you only rented a 8psgr limousine, and you put 9psgrs in it for one hour of a 4hour booking, you will be charged an hour in a 12psgr SUV. If you the majority of your booking you put more than 8psgr in the 12psgr SUV limo, than you will be charged for 4hours of a 12psgr Limo use.
Liquor Consumption Regulations:
It is to be advised, that in the event that you may be permitted to consume liquor in one our AGLC Licensed vehicles, at no time is anyone under the age of 18 allowed to consume Alcoholic Beverages within the Vehicle or around it. If there is one person under the age of 18, consumption is not permitted by anyone, nor is it allowed inside the vehicle. If there is anyone who appears under the age of 30 and does not possess a valid driver's license or AGLC authorized photo Identification, than there will be no consumption of alcoholic beverages in your rented vehicle, nor possession of alcoholic beverages. All passengers must possess photo Identification to consume alcoholic beverages in any of our AGLC licensed units. Our driver's retain the right to request photo identification from any and all passengers. It is to be noted that distribution of any Alcoholic beverages must come through your driver, as per the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Act. In some designated units, you retain the right to serve yourself, however you are not permitted to bring your own Alcoholic beverages. We must provide them to you. It is a privilege to legally consume liquor in any vehicle that is part of a limousine service. Most take this for granted. Please do not. We have gone to great lengths to make this legally permitted. Please respect our regulations and those of the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Act.
Seat Belt Regulations: It is to be noted that seats are provided. As per your municipal law, seat belts are compulsory. If you can't find the seat belts, just ask your driver. They are sometimes located in the seat and must be pulled out for use. If you choose not to use your seat belt, you waive all rights to compensation or civil liability against your designated dispatched provider of transportation services in the event of injury. Please understand that you become a projectile in a vehicle and a danger to others when not wearing a seat belt. It is not uncommon for other drivers on the road to fail to understand that limousines are not easy to stop. We endeavor to make your ride as safe as possible. If we have to make an emergency brake application and you are not wearing a seat belt, you may be injured or worse may occur. We are not responsible for making you wear a seat belt. This is your choice. Most of our units offer passengers the ability to close a divider and be out of sight from the driver. Your driver's job is to pay attention and focus on the roadway. We endeavor to provide you with a smooth acceleration and to come to as smooth a stop as possible. Not all, and in fact, most traffic lights are not set to take into account that heavier and larger vehicles require a greater distance to stop and may change with little warning. Requiring your driver to brake harder. Always be prepared for such brake strong applications at all times.
Drive Times: our larger capacity and thus for heavier vehicles require longer distances to stop and longer distances to accelerate. Your driver as a general practice in most circumstances, may driver slower than the speed limit. These particular larger heavier vehicles require greater distances to stop, thus for requiring the driver to maintain greater distances from other vehicles in front of him/her. As a defensive driving technique, your driver may driver slower to give him/her more reaction time to respond to an emergency situation. Please take this into account when calculating drive times to and from stops. As a general practice, your driver may slow down substantially when traveling down a steep roadway, using either transmission brake, engine, brake, drive-line brake or any combination needed to safely traverse such roadway. If you are traveling as part of a convoy, please notify those that are following to maintain a safe distance, as your designated unit or others may use such previously mentioned braking systems without the brake lights coming on. It is the driver's discretion to choose which route is safest. If the driver makes a choice that another route must be used, you are still required to pay if the alternative route takes more time.
Please be advised that from May 1st to July 31 "most" limousine companies require a minimum of 3-5 hours on a rental with no discounts. Credit Cards are mandatory when renting for large bookings. Grad & Stampede Cancellation Rates: 1mth-60%, 3wks-70%, 2wks-80%, less than 2wks=100%.
